Easter is coming, and we have the treats!  Hope to see you at the market tomorrow!

Honeyspoon Blend Granola – Our signature blend of oats, almonds and hemp hearts coated in a delicious caramelized honey butter and toasted to golden, clumpy perfection.

Maple,Pecan and Olive Oil Blend Granola – This blend of oats, pecans, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and pepitas, toasted with maple syrup and olive oil is a whole foods, vegan extravaganza!

Golden Anzac Crunch Granola– Inspired by the iconic Australian cookie, this blend contains oats, slivered almonds, brown rice crisps, coconut and sesame seeds, and is sweetened with delicious Lyle’s Golden Syrup. Toasted in butter, this light, crispy granola is an Antipodean delight!

Salted Caramel Pecan Blondies – buttery blondies with toasted pecans and caramel bits, finished with a sprinkling of sea salt. Made with almond and coconut flours – completely gluten free and completely delicious.

Coconut Honey Macaroons – Crispy and chewy coconut macaroons sweetened with Nova Scotia honey and organic cane sugar. Drift away on a cloud of coco-nutty goodness.

Sweet & Salty Wedges – a mixture of dates, almonds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and dark chocolate chunks finished with a sprinkling of sea salt flakes. This grain-free, energy-filled, versatile snack works with your morning coffee or your evening glass of red.

Brown Butter Hazelnut Brownies – the name says it all. Organic fair trade 70% dark chocolate, toasted hazelnuts and browned butter – all this and gluten free!

Mini Lemon Poppyseed Bundt Cakes with Lemon Glaze– mini almond buckwheat bundt cakes in the classic tart sweet lemon and poppyseed combination, topped with a lemon glaze.

Mini Chocolate Layer Cakes – mini almond flour chocolate layer cakes, with chocolate buttercream icing.  Topped with toasted coconut bird’s nests complete with chocolate almond “eggs”, these make the perfect easter treat!

Apple Maple Butter Bakewell Tarts – Bakewell Tarts are a traditional British sweet. Ours are made with gluten free amaranth, millet and quinoa pastry, filled with a deliciously tart apple maple butter preserve and topped with almond frangipane and a dollop of cream cheese icing.

An island holiday in a bowl!
