On the Menu – QEII Farmer’s Market

BlueberriesHappy New Year! It’s great to be back from our travels, and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at the QEII Market tomorrow. Here’s what’s on the menu –

Honeyspoon Blend Granola – Our signature blend of oats, almonds and hemp hearts coated in a delicious caramelized honey butter and toasted to golden, clumpy perfection.

Maple,Pecan and Olive Oil Blend Granola – This blend of oats, pecans, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and pepitas, toasted with maple syrup and olive oil is a whole foods, vegan extravaganza!

Double Coconut Blend Granola – Back this week by popular demand! Two times the coconut, two times the delicious flavour! Baked with organic extra virgin coconut oil and containing coconut flakes, cashews, pumpkin seeds – lightly sweetened with maple syrup – this granola is vegan, wholesome and just a touch tropical. An island holiday in a bowl!

Salted Caramel Pecan Blondies – buttery blondies with toasted pecans and caramel bits, finished with a sprinkling of sea salt. Made with almond and coconut flours – completely gluten free and completely delicious.

Coconut Honey Macaroons – Crispy and chewy coconut macaroons sweetened with Nova Scotia honey and organic cane sugar. Drift away on a cloud of coco-nutty goodness.

Chocolate Hazelnut Friands – moist almond and buckwheat cakes with organic dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts.

Mini Carrot Layer Cakes with Maple Cream Cheese Icing – mini carrot cakes made with almond flour, studded with pecans and raisins, sweetened with agave syrup and topped with a maple cream cheese icing. Sweetened with maple and agave, these delicious little morsels contain no refined sugars!

Dark Chocolate, Cranberry & Pecan Granola Bars – Organic fair trade 70% dark chocolate with dried cranberries, toasted pecans and coconut in our base of local organic oats. Sweet and tart, with hits of chocolate deliciousness.
