Time to get into the holiday spirit at the Barn tomorrow.  Here is our menu  –

Honeyspoon Blend Granola – Our signature blend of oats, almonds and hemp hearts coated in a delicious caramelized honey butter and toasted to golden, clumpy perfection.

Maple,Pecan and Olive Oil Blend Granola – This blend of oats, pecans, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and pepitas, toasted with maple syrup and olive oil is a whole foods, vegan extravaganza!

Spiced Pumpkin, Almond & Millet Granola– You asked for it, now it’s here – a granola with no refined sugar, and no added oil.  Made with spiced pumpkin puree and almond butter, sweetened with honey and studded with pumpkin seeds, millet and almonds – this healthy and delicious granola is your perfect fall breakfast!

Salted Caramel Pecan Blondies – buttery blondies with toasted pecans and caramel bits, finished with a sprinkling of sea salt. Made with almond and coconut flours – completely gluten free and completely delicious.

Brown Butter Hazelnut Brownies – the name says it all. Organic fair trade 70% dark chocolate, toasted hazelnuts and browned butter – all this and gluten free!

Mini Pumpkin Bundt Cakes with Maple Cream Cheese Glaze – moist pumpkin cake, made with almond flour and lightly sweetened with maple syrup. Baked in a mini bundt pan, flavoured with nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger,  topped with a maple sugar sweetened cream cheese glaze, this little cake is as cute as a button – and delicious too!

Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies – Organic dark chocolate chunk cookies made with almond flour and sweetened with agave syrup. Vegan, gluten free, grain free, no refined sugar and delicious – what more could you ask for?

Sweet & Salty Wedges – a mixture of dates, almonds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and dark chocolate chunks finished with a sprinkling of sea salt flakes. This grain-free, energy-filled, versatile snack works with your morning coffee or your evening glass of red.

Rustic Pumpkin Tartlets – a silky smooth pumpkin filling flavoured with ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, baked in a rustic quinoa, millet, buckwheat and amaranth crust.  This pumpkin-licious tartlet showcases the delicious flavours of fall.
